By accessing and using jidolab.com and the services provided by Jido Lab, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.
Jido Lab provides AI automation services including but not limited to chatbots, voice agents, lead generation, social media management, workflow automation, and software development. Service specifics, deliverables, and timelines are defined in individual service agreements.
Service pricing starts at ฿5,900 per month. All prices are in Thai Baht (THB) unless otherwise stated. Payment terms are outlined in your individual service agreement. We accept credit cards, bank transfers, and PayPal.
Upon full payment, clients retain ownership of all custom-built solutions, content, and deliverables created specifically for their business. Jido Lab retains ownership of proprietary tools, frameworks, and methodologies used to deliver services.
We handle your business data with care. Any data shared with us for the purpose of training AI systems or delivering services is treated as confidential. We do not sell or share your data with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Jido Lab provides AI services on an "as is" basis. While we strive for the best results, we do not guarantee specific business outcomes such as revenue increases or lead numbers. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question.
Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, we will provide all deliverables completed up to the termination date and assist with a reasonable transition period.
